We welcome new Commercial Consultant, John Botia, to the fast-expanding Aircards team as the company continues to grow.
We’re proud to announce and welcome John to the Aircards team. John will play an important role in communicating the benefits of utilising Web-based Augmented Reality technology to clients and partners, with a particular focus on retail and FMCG sectors.
John began his career with Unilever before taking to the drink and joining Scottish & Newcastle, where he held several roles in Marketing, Sales and Human Resources. Following the acquisition of S&N by Heineken he was posted to Mexico to lead the full business integration of Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma into the company, and stayed on to become Marketing Director of the newly acquired business. In 2013 he joined Carlsberg as Managing Director of their Singapore operation, before returning to Edinburgh in 2015 to set up a strategy consultancy.
John has extensive experience across all aspects of marketing and HR, has first-hand knowledge of managing integrations, and has worked on leadership development and cultural change across three continents. In that time he has built up many contacts across the industry, some of whom he will be reconnecting with to introduce them to Aircards.
