Overview

At Foot Locker’s Stay In Rotation event in NYC, we partnered with Adidas and Monks to create an AR mirror that brought sneaker culture to life. Visitors could step up, virtually try on four Originals styles, and walk away with a sharable clip that captured the moment.

Our intervention

We built the full AR mirror experience, from UX and 3D try-on to the instant QR download flow that made sharing seamless. Working alongside Monks, we handled the tech and creative execution that turned a simple retail mirror into an interactive playground for sneakerheads.

Conclusion

The AR mirror was a hit on the floor. Guests loved trying on sneakers in a whole new way, and the shareable clips gave the activation life beyond the event. For us, it’s proof of how immersive retail can blend fun, culture and utility in one slick execution.
